The question came to me asking how other hotel's are handling food service with our current public in restaurant ban.
We have decided in the best intrest of safety and community to close our Inn for the foreseeable future. After having many cancellations both directly and thru our 3 party reservation system we thought it best to cancel the few remaining reservations.
We did NOT charge any cancellation fees or keep any form of deposit. All of our guests were quite happy with the way we handled it and will most likely book with us down the road when things are safe and return to normal.
This is hitting us all hard but if we keep our heads up, our Inns clean and respect the community at large we will have a great future.
We shut down all food and beverage service completely for now. We are planning on opening back up for take away only once we have everything in place to do so.
We have all breakfast closed as of this Friday morning... as of right now people can take food that we have out and take it to their rooms but they are not eating in the lobby. Our pool and spa or shut down completely.. In order to illuminate costs we are not going to provide a grab and go bag at this time
We went to grab and go. People are not eating in the breakfast area. Wrapped items, fruit with skins you peel, and coffee.
